CNN报道称，有父母豪掷百万为孩子“砸”开大学校门。

有父母为将孩子送近大学校园花费高达650万美元（约合人民币4370万元）。

还有这种操作？说好的寒窗苦读呢？

天真了吧！一些美国名校，只要价钱合适，考试作弊也有专业公司包办！

位于加州的一家备考公司老板是本案的核心人物。他表示，客户支付1.5万至7.5万美元（约合人民币10万至50.4万元）就可以在标准化考试中作弊。

The owner of a California-based test prep business at the center of the alleged plot said clients could also pay $15,000 to $75,000 to cheat on a standardized test .

据彭博社报道，近8年来，美国高校的相关人员受贿总额上亿。

政府表示，从2011年到2018年，客户共向教练和考试管理人员行贿2500万美元（约合人民币1.6亿元）。贿赂有时会被包装成慈善捐款。

In all, the government said clients paid $25 million in bribes to coaches and test administrators from 2011 to 2018. In some cases, the bribes would be disguised as charitable contributions.

美国联邦政府起诉书称，富有的父母、好莱坞女演员、教练和大学预科管理人员被控在全国范围内实施欺诈、把学生塞进名牌大学。此案被称为司法部起诉过的最大规模入学舞弊案。In what is being called the largest college admissions scam ever prosecuted, wealthy parents, Hollywood actresses, coaches and college prep executives have been accused of carrying out a nationwide fraud to get students into prestigious universities, according to a federal indictment.

起诉书称，学生有时会假装有学习障碍，以便在被买通的机构参加考试。The children sometimes faked learning disabilities so that they would be able to take the tests at facilities where staff had been paid off, the complaint says.

There are 50 people charged in the case, including actors Felicity Huffman, known for her role on the TV show Desperate Housewives and the feature film Transamerica, and Lori Loughlin, a cast member on the TV series Full House.

波士顿联邦检察官安德鲁·莱林（Andrew Lelling）在新闻发布会上表示:

如果大学收到数以百万计的贿赂，他们能给我们更多的奖学金吗?

更多网友则表达了愤怒与不满：

明天，那些试图通过贿赂让孩子入学的人会“甩锅”给亚裔美国学生，称自己“不得不”犯下这些罪行。“他们（亚裔美国学生）学习太用功了，逼得我们不得不撒谎、作弊！”

这些在大学入学考试中为自己娇生惯养、头脑迟钝的子女行贿舞弊的好莱坞明星看上去都是“进步人士”！他们喋喋不休地谈论社会正义，却过着“双标”的生活，凌驾于法律之上，凌驾于我们其他人之上。

他们将面临怎样的结局

一朝事发，无论是涉案公司，还是家长、学生、学校，都难逃惩治，CNN报道发问：这些靠欺诈贿赂入学的学生们会怎样？美国检察官莱林表示，难辞其咎。

父母和其他被告是“这起欺诈案的主要推动者”。学生们将来可能会面临指控。The parents and other defendants were "the prime movers of this fraud," he said. He said students may face charges down the road.
