建筑行业如何应对新冠疫情所产生的疫情防护费问题

自2019年12月份新冠疫情爆发以来，为防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，阻断疫情传播，除政府承担防疫责任外，企业、用人单位作为疫情防控责任主体，在疫情影响期间也需提供相应的卫生用品、设施设备，开展环境卫生整治和重点场所消毒，落实疫情防控和服务保障措施。因此在新冠疫情影响期间，施工单位在履行建设工程施工合同的同时也应承担相应的疫情防护责任，由此便会产生疫情防护费的支出由谁承担的问题。
